Real Hit Radio first began broadcasting in July 2006. Our programme output at that time was very limited with a low broadcast quality and only a couple of hours each evening broadcasting live and pre recorded shows. But from these initial broadcasts the station received positive feedback from listeners all around the world

Encouraged by that, we decided to look into various ways of expanding the stations output.  In October 2007, Real Hit Radio began broadcasting via professional Windows Media Streaming Servers, which meant our broadcast quality increased and our programmes could be accessed more easier by the listening public

With the stations increasing listener figures we were contacted by Microsoft who invited Real Hit Radio to become an official Windows Media Radio Station and to join their Windows Media Guide, which entitled us to be listed on their website which can be found below...

From the success of being listed on the Windows Media Guide, we are now also listed on these popular radio portal websites...
